To Myo Win Nyunt,

I am replying to your query for a lost person, which I saw on the Britain-Burma Society's Lost Relatives web page (http://shwepla.net/Misspers.mv). You said:

I am looking for my long-lost grandfather U Peter Sein Myint who married to my

grandmother Daw Tin Tin Myint and once lived in Kalaw, Southern Shan State, Burma.

According to my grandmother, my grandfather left Burma around 1970s for England to

reunite with my great grandparents who are believed to be originally from England.

According to my father, my grandfather has a sister named Dorothy (my father aunt in this

case) and another brother whose name is unknown. I have tried to understand the

reasons my grandfather left Burma for many years. Unfortunately no members of my

family knew the real reasons my grandfather left by leaving his seven children with his

wife and never returned to Burma. And couple months ago my grandmother told me that

she received Christmas cards from my great grandmother from England for a few years

after my grandfather had reunited with his family in England. Any piece of information

regarding with my family will be highly appreciated.

Thank you so much all.

Maybe I can help a bit.
