To Steve Appleton,

I am replying to your query for a lost person, which I saw on the Britain-Burma Society's Lost Relatives web page (http://shwepla.net/Misspers.mv). You said:

Iam trying to trace a Dr Steven Tin Tun Taw who would now be 68 - 70yrs of age.He was born in Burma possibly Rangoon 68 - 70yrs ago.He came to work in a General Hospital in England in 1966 and left in 1970 he was last heard of in 1973 when he possibly applied for a job with UN in USA,it is not known if he was able to leave Burma. It is known that he worked at Rangoon General Hospital in the early 1970s before moving to a Medical teaching establishment either attached to the hospital or university. He is believed to have lived at 2/515 Lower Kemmendine Road(?) Rangoon when contact was lost.It is not known if he is alive but an old friend from England who lost contact in 1973 would like to know what happened to him

Maybe I can help a bit.
