To D Sein Win,|
I am replying to your query for a lost person, which I saw on the Britain-Burma Society's Lost Relatives web page (http://shwepla.net/Misspers.mv). You said:
I am looking for my uncle U Thiha or Maung Thiha. He must be around 82 now. He is my mother, Lily or Myint's cousin. My mother is the youngest of 6 sisters. There are still 4 sisters alive and well. Uncle U Thiha and my parents were in contact in London between 1962 and 1969. U Thiha said goodbye to us at the airport when we left from the UK. I looked for my uncle in the UK for the past 18 years and all mutual friends of my parents and uncle do not have any info of him. I heard my uncle U Thiha married and moved to Mexico. My mother would like to know about her cousin. U Thiha was an actor in one of the James Bond films. I hope somebody would be able to help me on this.
