To Mr William John Francis,|
I am replying to your query for a lost person, which I saw on the Britain-Burma Society's Lost Relatives web page (http://shwepla.net/Misspers.mv). You said:
Around 1945 I had a special relationship with Olive White (or Whyte, I'm not sure which). She was the daughter of a Burmese woman and a man who worked for Shell Oil in Burma. She Lived in Maymao. I am N.Irish and was an officer in the Gurkhas. I returned to N.Ireland in the 1940's. I am trying to trace any information on Olive White. I would very much like to know what happened to her and her family.
