To Narelle,

I am replying to your query for a lost person, which I saw on the Britain-Burma Society's Lost Relatives web page (http://shwepla.net/Misspers.mv). You said:

I am looking into the family of Cecil Wilfred Johnson b c. 1897 in Burma. His parents were Thomas George Johnson and Pauline (nee Fressanges).

In WWI Cecil joined the RAMC as a stretcher bearer and possibly served in France. After the war he returned to Burma and was a director of the Rangoon Electric Tramway and Supply Company from 1934 - 1940. I think he married a lady named Gladys Veronica and possibly lived out his days in England after WWII.

I would love to hear from anyone who is connected to this family or has any information to add to the above.

Maybe I can help a bit.
